At Kanefootwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to download and print for your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the unworn shoes back in their original box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
